Lifted crown boards today, suprised how small the first 3 colonies were, put some weak syrup on.

What a cold spring, March seemed never to go above zero, Only lifted the crown boards off today, 4 and 5 were very strong. Number 2 was dead, so now I'll keep the nuc from last year I was going to sell. Need to start syrup feeding and frame replacement soon!
